I work collaboratively with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner to allow them to identify problem areas in their lives that they may wish to change.
My approach to therapy is largely problem solving orientated, helping clients learn specific skills that they can use and adapt for the rest of their lives. These skills involve identifying unhelpful thinking, modifying beliefs, relating to others in different ways, and changing behaviors.
Appointments are available in person, by Skype and by Telephone.
